Phasmagorica is an immersive séance experience in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Thirteen guests enter a purpose-built chamber shaped by sacred geometry, spectral light, and a thirteen-speaker Dolby Atmos system to attempt spirit contact using ritual objects, trigger items, and arcane instruments. It is guided and immersive.  You become the medium.

No. There are no jump scares, no actors in costume, no theatrical ghosts, and no trickery. Phasmagorica is highly curated; every detail is designed and deliberate.  Its strength is that what happens is plausible and every guest gets to decide the nature of the experience.

The experiment has three phases and runs approximately ninety minutes. Afterward, you are welcomed into the Salon for drinks and conversation, and to explore the interactive exhibits and curiosities of the Chapter House.

The Chapter House is in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Its exact location and arrival details are sent to you after you reserve. This is deliberate.

Thirteen evenings per month are released each lunar cycle, and seating is limited to thirteen guests, with one or two seatings per night. Current dates are on the calendar page, and reservations are made online

Guests must be at least 21 years of age.

Guests often dress for the occasion, and it suits the room, but nothing is required. During summer months, the chamber can get warm. Festive yet comfortable is encouraged, but definitely come as you are.

No. Believers, skeptics, and hopeful skeptics are equally welcome. Skeptics often have some of the most interesting evenings. Belief is optional. Experience is inevitable. Whatever your belief and whatever your experience, most consider it a fabulous, adventurous evening.

It is highly curated, and moments could be unsettling in the way a story, movie or music carries moments of tension and release. It is not designed to frighten you, and most guests describe it as wondrous rather than scary.

Yes. Full-chamber reservations are available for private parties, companies, and celebrations. Inquire through Private Circles.

There is some wheelchair access, but there are stairs, close seating, immersive sound and light and brief flashes of light, and a period of total darkness.  If you have needs or concerns, please reach out directly to admin@phasmagorica.com, and we will be happy to answer questions and work with you directly to the best of our ability.

There is parking on site within our gated property and outside the property for overflow.
