“Your information will be ritually protected and not shared.” Here is what that promise means, in plain words.
What we keep, and why
The mailing list. Your name and email, kept by Mailchimp, so we can tell you about new nights and Salon Events. Every email has a link to leave the list.
Private Circles inquiries. Your name, email, preferred date, group size and message, stored securely and read only by our team, so we can reply.
Reservations. Seats are sold through Ticket Tailor, which takes the payment. We receive your name, email and booking so we can welcome you on the night. Your card details never reach us. Ticket Tailor’s own privacy policy covers the checkout.
Visits to this site. We use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to see which pages are read and how people find us, and the Meta Pixel to know whether our announcements on Facebook and Instagram reach the right people. Google and Meta use cookies to do this. Vercel Analytics uses none.
What we never do
We never sell your information or hand it to anyone outside the services named above, which only use it to do their part.
Your choices
You can block or clear cookies in your browser, opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on, and change how Meta uses your activity in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings. To see, correct or delete anything we hold about you, write to the Archivist at archivist@phasmagorica.com.
Adults only
Phasmagorica is for adults only, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children.
